Ready to Run: Stretching and Strength Essentials for Runners

Come learn the exercises that will keep you running strong all season long! Stretch and strengthen with the expert guidance of physical therapists Lizzie Bellinger and Jess Straub at Alliance Physical Therapy. We’ll do strength and flexibility tests so you can understand your own areas that need work and then practice stretches, exercises and drills tailored to optimize your running mechanics. You’ll leave with homework you can work on all season. Join us!

Join Jess Straub, PT, DPT (she/her) and Lizzie Bellinger, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT (she/her) to learn the specific stretches and conditioning you need to prevent injuries and level up your performance. You'll get a full body workout while you're with us so come dressed to move.
