Injury Prevention Workshop: Caring for Babies and Toddlers

Caring for babies and toddlers can be hard on your body! Join Alissa Klein, PT, DPT (they/she) and Leah Flamm, PT, DPT (she/they) to learn exercises and body mechanics techniques to prevent injuries, reduce pain, and physically keep up with the babies and toddlers in your life. This community workshop is for grown-ups of all genders, ages, and pregnant or postpartum states. Come dressed to move! Bring your babies or children if desired, or use this as a chance to focus on self care. One registration per adult please.
