Do you have "loose joints" or joint hypermobility? Come learn how to optimize your yoga practice to improve stability and avoid injury. Join us as Dr. Lizzie Bellinger, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT (she/her) and Dr. Jessica Straub (she/her) teach you how to keep your joints safe and derive greater benefit from your yoga practice. You’ll try common poses and get individualized guidance in how apply modifications.
Wear yoga-appropriate clothing and come ready to move! No mat required.
