Dr. Jessica Straub (She/Her), PT, DPT
Jess has a passion for orthopedics and performing arts rehabilitation. She uses hands-on techniques and specialized exercises to get dancers, circus artists, and runners back to doing the activities they love. Jess completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and George Washington University, and has presented research at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting on circus artist injury management.

Dr. Leah Flamm, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, CMTPT/DN (She/They)

Leah works with patients of all genders on pain, tightness, movement problems, and recovery from surgery. She has experience with, EDS and hypermobility syndromes, and her advanced training in dry needling and hands-on techniques helps her accelerate the healing process for her patients. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Leah practicing partner acrobatics and taking care of her house plants.

Dr. Lizzie Bellinger, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT (She/Her)
FOUNDER AND OWNER
Lizzie founded Alliance Physical Therapy in April, 2023 with a mission to provide evidence-based, high-quality, inclusive physical therapy to the Baltimore community. She loves to teach and holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Maryland, Baltimore Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science teaching chronic pain, spine, and orthopedics. She has advanced training and clinical experience in treatment of spine conditions, total knee rehabilitation, rehab for the performing artist, and chronic pain.

Alexandra Lavery (She/Her)
PERSONAL TRAINER
Alexandra is a seasoned personal trainer with over a decade of experience in fitness management and training. Specializing in strength training for adults and seniors, post-rehabilitation fitness, and functional exercise for beginners, she is dedicated to helping individuals of all levels achieve their goals.
Alexandra holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami (FL) and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Whether you’re recovering from an injury or starting your fitness journey, Alexandra is here to guide you every step of the way to success.
