PERSONAL TRAINER
Christina is a certified personal trainer who is passionate about making strength and movement accessible to everyone. She is dedicated to creating spaces where people of all backgrounds and body types feel welcome to explore what health and strength mean for them.
Credentialed through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Christina specializes in functional strength training, injury prevention, and post-rehabilitation training. She approaches movement through the lens of long-term health and healing, helping clients build sustainable strength and resilience. She holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from McDaniel College and a Master's Degree in Conservation Medicine from Tufts University. This multidisciplinary background equips her to address a wide range of client needs with both technical expertise and a broader perspective on whole-person health.
As a national champion snowboarder who has navigated her own injuries, Christina brings a nuanced understanding of human performance at the elite level, balanced with the compassion of someone who understands the realities of recovery firsthand. This unique perspective informs her coaching and helps her support clients through every stage of their health and fitness journey.
